DLS provides an innovative academic program to reach the highest levels of student achievement through comprehensive language immersion education in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. DLS offers traditional learning activities in the target language, making the language both the medium and the object of instruction.
Part-Time Human Resource Associate Job Description
Overview of Position
Reporting to the Human Resource Director, this part-time position is responsible for assisting with employee records, recruitment, benefits administration, finance, and compliance with school policies and procedures at Denver Language School.
The Human Resource Associate will work in-person at one of the two Denver Language School campuses for 20 hours per week to ensure that department operations are running smoothly. DLS is happy to provide flexibility regarding the exact schedule of hours each week, as long as it is approved by the HR Director beforehand.
This role has an intended start date of March 10, 2025 and the vacancy will remain open until filled.
Pay and Benefits
- Employees at DLS are compensated in accordance with other Denver-area charter schools. The starting range for this position is $29,000 - $31,000 from August through July.
- 5 days of Paid Time Off with an option to roll up to 3 days to the following school year.
