About this job :

Early Childhood Education (ECE) Paraprofessionals assist in planning and implementing the daily curriculum for young students including students with special needs. Also supports all areas of a young child's development, including physical, social-emotional, cognitive and language skills under the guidance of the teacher.

Salary Range : New hires will be set at $21.00 per hour. The salary range for internal candidates is $21.00 to $25.180 per hour. Click here for more information on compensation for these roles.

What You'll Do :

Performs classroom duties as assigned, including but not limited to preparing instructional materials, assisting with student instruction, student care and discipline, and keeping the classroom clean and well-organized.

Plans and evaluates program and student needs with the teacher daily and addresses specific student needs as identified by the teacher.

Communicates with teachers and administrators about performance and disciplinary issues.

Complies with program rules and regulations including State of Colorado licensing requirements for Child Care Centers.

For ECE Para's Only : Copy of your high school diploma or GED AND must successfully complete ECE 101 within a designated period of time which will be determined after hire.
