This position is for our new Craig Clinic on 552 Breeze St Craig, CO 81625-2602
The selected candidate will be responsible for dispensing Methadone and Buprenorphine medication to individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment. This role requires sensitivity and a commitment to working in a multicultural setting.
Responsibilities
Administer TB tests, blood draw, and take/record vitals.
Dosing patients
Ensuring medication safety
Recording urine analysis and Breathalyzer results, reviewing results with patients
The dispensing nurse will work under the guidance and collaboration of the Medical Director and Nursing Supervisor. The position offers an opportunity to identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating the ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations.
