Position Title: Clinical Support Manager - The Crossing
Reports to: Director of Counseling
Job Classification: Full-time; Exempt
Salary Range: $55,100 - $68,800 annually

The Opportunity:
The Clinical Support Manager at The Crossing will oversee the daily operations of the Community Life Team. This position will ensure adherence to Denver Rescue Mission (DRM) policies and maintain effective team management.
This position requires flexibility in shifts to accommodate the varied needs of The Crossing.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
OPERATIONS and ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the Hospitality Desk Team ensuring seamless coordination between both the Operations and Clinical Departments.
- Manage programmatic move-ins, ensuring all documentation, compliance folders, and room placements are properly handled.
- Maintain data quality in Scribe, including intake documentation, background checks, and HMIS processes.
- Ensure that rooms are being assigned in compliance with HUD.
- Lead audits in tandem with the Director for Programs on site.
- Ensure overall facility safety and security as a Safety Coordinator and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage the Community Life team in utilizing de-escalation techniques and track mandatory training.
- Ensure the facility perimeter is free from loitering and encampments, coordinating with staff and outside resources as needed.
- Assist with events, coordinate with outside agencies, and help interview and schedule Change Makers with the director.
- Maintain knowledge of SCRIBE, HMIS Database, and facility policies and procedures.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF:
- Supervise Community Life Coordinators, including overnight staff, addressing concerns with the Director.
- Conduct monthly training sessions with the Director and assign specific training for staff development.
- Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage and hold individual performance meetings.
- Conduct employee reviews and address performance issues according to the Progressive Disciplinary process.
- Approve timecards, PTO, and manage instances of overtime, missed shifts, and early departures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in human services, business, education, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage, develop and train staff.
- A self-starter who is highly adaptable and receptive to feedback.
- Proven experience with maintaining appropriate boundaries in a support services environment.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Must be flexible with shifts due to operational needs. The Manager must be willing to work a forty-hour week with a minimum of 60% of the time devoted to hours when Hospitality Desk Agents (HDAs) and Community Life Coordinators (CLCs) are most active including Saturdays and evenings, as needed. Operations of The Crossing are 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This position will need to manage their schedule to meet these needs with the approval of the Director of The Crossing and Community Life Administration.
