Position Title: Clinical Support Supervisor
Reports to: Director, Community Life
Job Classification: Full-time; Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $24.04 - $30.05 per hour
PRIMARY SCHEDULE: 5:30am – 4:00pm; Sunday – Wednesday OR Wednesday – Saturday.
*Must cover overnight and holiday shifts, as needed.

The Opportunity:
The Clinical Support Supervisor (CSS) is responsible for overseeing the Community Support Specialist team facilities at Denver Rescue Mission with varying shifts to meet the facility needs.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Policy and Compliance: Monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
- Documentation Oversight: Review and approve documentation from Community Support Specialists including DAP notes and incident reports.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess effectiveness of interventions, provide feedback and recommendations.
- Training and Development: Organize training for Community Support Specialists in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
- Resource Management: Oversee resources necessary for duties such as: inspection equipment and communication tools.
- Operational Duties: Observe residents, assist in crisis situations, track medication delivery, conduct necessary screenings, and document client progress.
- Admissions Assistance: Guide new residents through intake procedures and orientation.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the perimeter and interior of The Crossing Campus is secure and free from hazards. Enforce policies and procedures across the programs.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF:
- Directly supervise CSS staff, address performance concerns and facilitate professional development.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding with People & Culture.
- Conduct employee reviews and manage performance issues.

- Liaise between CSS staff and the counseling team to align activities with clinical goals.
- Address escalated issues and oversee resident-related conflicts to ensure timely resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, business, education or related field.
- Certified Addiction Technician/Certified Addiction Specialist Certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification within one year from date of hire.
- Experience with one year of increasingly responsible job-related experience. A combination of education and experience can be substituted to meet the education and experience requirements.
- Proficiency kin the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, a self-starter, flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to manage and develop staff and maintain professional boundaries.
- Must be a Christian, adhering to the Statement of Faith.
ADDITIONAL: Limited work-related travel may be required.
