Position Title: Clinician II
Reports to: Clinical Director
Job Classification: Full-time; Exempt
Salary Range: $55,100 - $68,800 annually

At multiple locations throughout our community, we help restore the lives of people experiencing homelessness and addiction through emergency services, rehabilitation, transitional programs, and community outreach.
The Opportunity:
The “Clinician II” position will provide individual and educational/group counseling hours for programs at The Crossing and will have a clinical philosophy as to work with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Schedule and complete all weekly sessions of an assigned caseload of approximately 25 individuals and families in the New Life and Bridge Transitional programs.
- Facilitate assigned weekly group education sessions.
- Complete assigned assessments for individuals and families in the New Life, Bridge Transitional and Youth programs.
- Plan for and co-facilitate educational/process groups (approximately 2-5 hours per week).
- Provide one-on-one milieu counseling as necessary in addition to assigned caseload.
- Develop appropriate, measurable treatment plans for assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with Care Team and associated staff, providing strategy for clients’ mental and emotional stability. Follow-up on information reports for clientele.
- Ensure proper documentation and ethical guidelines set for by Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Requirements
Minimal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling or a helping field of study.
- Certification in addiction preferred or willingness to pursue Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification with one-year of hire.
- Prior experience preferred in individual, family or group counseling and preferably with populations who have experience homelessness, addictive behavior and general family challenges.
- Registered with DORA as an unlicensed psychotherapist.
- Must possess quality social and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an Active Driver’s License as a limited amount of work-related travel may be required.
- Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith and Apostles creed expressed by a personal testimony and Christian conduct.
