Position Title: Northern Colorado Clinical Director
Reports to: Senior Director, Northern Colorado
Job Classification: Full-time; Exempt
Salary Range: $81,400 - $108,500 annually

The Opportunity:
The Northern Colorado Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, staff, and residential programs for Denver Rescue Mission (DRM) at Harvest Farm. This role ensures the effective implementation of clinical interventions and programmatic strategies aligned with DRM’s mission: to transform lives through the power of Christ, working to end homelessness one life at a time. The position will provide clinical expertise and strategic guidance to Northern Colorado leadership on clinical interventions.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide leadership and oversight for long-term residential services at Harvest Farm, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee program coordination to effectively meet participants’ needs while prioritizing safety.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of all clinical services at Harvest Farm, ensuring they are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess program effectiveness, implement improvements, and enhance housing outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all licensure requirements, state and federal regulations, and best practices for service delivery.
- Develop, update, and implement clinical procedures in accordance with BHA, ensuring billing compliance with BHA and Medicaid standards.
- Work with senior leadership to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
- Support funding opportunities related to clinical interventions and program expansion.
Staff Leadership & Supervision:
- Provide direct supervision to clinical staff, the Case Management Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and Intake Specialist, offering mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and support professional development initiatives for program staff in partnership with the People & Culture team.
- Facilitate individual and group clinical supervision as needed to ensure quality care and staff development.
- Provide supervisory support during urgent clinical situations and offer crisis coverage when necessary.
- Lead regular staff meetings for both clinical programs and all Harvest Farm personnel to promote communication, alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical services across Northern Colorado facilities as directed by supervisor.
Financial & Grant Management:
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and operational effectiveness.
- Pursue and manage government grants and contracts in collaboration with leadership.
Collaboration & Community Engagement:
- Work closely with Operations leadership to ensure facility and database systems (including SCRIBE and HMIS) effectively support program needs.
- Partner with the Development team to share program updates, outcomes, and impact stories to support funding efforts.
- Build and strengthen relationships with community partners, increasing resources and support for DRM initiatives.
- Represent Harvest Farm & Northern Colorado programs at board meetings, community meetings, training sessions, and organizational events as required.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure the program meets all contractual goals and funding requirements.
- Support service community across DRM’s continuum of care by collaborating with homelessness resolution and shelter leadership.
- May provide individual or group therapy as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensure required: LAC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Individual credentials must remain active throughout employment.
- Master’s degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of three years (3) of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field required.
- Proven expertise in program development, evaluation, and strategic growth.
- Experience managing databases and outcome reporting for program oversight.
- Strong financial, project management, and administrative skills.
- Passion for and deep understanding of DRM’s mission and values.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, fostering high performance, and enhancing employee retention.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and related program management systems.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within and outside Colorado, including overnight trips as needed.
- Availability to respond to urgent needs during and outside regular work hours.
- Committed Christian faith, demonstrated by adherence to DRM’s Statement of Faith and personal testimony.
