Offered salary and benefits package :

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Additionally, we offer :

Your schedule : In-person, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 pm.

Location : This is an in-person role for Denver-based resources.

Start Date : We are accepting applications for Spring 2025 graduates who would like to start after graduation.

NOTE : This is a full-time, client-facing role. You must have a high interest in consulting, strong communication skills, and complete a high volume of tasks. Conservative professional appearance is a MUST.

Your mission & responsibilities as an Analyst :

As an entry-level Analyst, you will support our Consultants on Needs Analysis and Software Selection projects. Some of our Analyst's duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Attend interviews with clients to document pain points, limitations to growth, and business processes.

Perform initial qualitative analysis on client interview data.

Analyze client's industry requirements and present to project consultants.

Evaluate software vendor's capabilities and differentiators.

Match vendors' suitability for client's unique requirements.

Assist Consultants with scheduling interviews.

Facilitate deliverable creation and insert client information in project artifacts for consultants.

Document requirements.

Collect and compile feedback from clients.

Prepare project documents with client information.

Collaborate with consulting team to ensure an organized and successful project.

Occasional travel (20%).

Friendly and helpful demeanor and attitude.

Required experience and qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
