CNC Operator Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing facility. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components.
Duties
- Operate CNC machines according to specifications and work orders.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions of machined parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience in changing offsets, set-ups, and programming is a plus.
- Package finished products for shipment while maintaining quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Must understand & speak Polish
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers for quality assurance.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
