We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to perform various machining operations. You will ensure that production schedules are met, and that quality standards are maintained.
- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading programs, tools, and materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine setup requirements.
- Install and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and attachments as necessary.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize performance and ensure quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
