We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential / Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.Residential Clinical Supervisor (Men's Residential)Schedule per week : Part-Time Monday-Friday 4 : 00pm-9 : 00pmLocation : Passaic and Paterson, NJJob Summary : A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him / her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.Qualifications : Master's degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and minimum of two years experience in the field of addictions treatment are required.
