Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a lasting impact on Oregon’s government infrastructure? The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Support Manager to oversee critical asset management and maintenance functions in Wilsonville, Oregon.
You’ll be part of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), which manages state facilities, fleet administration, sustainability initiatives, and surplus property programs. Your leadership will directly contribute to cost-effective, high-quality asset management that benefits all Oregonians.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team – Supervise and support staff across multiple trades, including electrical, HVAC, custodial, and landscaping services.
- Optimize operations – Ensure preventive and demand maintenance services are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage projects – Oversee building inspections, maintenance, energy efficiency initiatives, and capital improvement projects.
- Drive sustainability – Execute energy and resource conservation programs, conduct audits, and enhance efficiency strategies.
- Oversee budgets – Monitor and control expenditures to ensure financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate across agencies – Work with state partners to support facility needs, resolve maintenance issues, and implement best practices.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Six years of lead work, foreman work, or supervision related to the class concept*;
OR
Four years of experience related to the class concept* AND completion of an accredited vocational-training or construction-training program related to the class concept*;
OR
Three years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Qualifying related experience refers to experience in a trades profession.
Desired Attributes:
- Proven leadership experience in facilities management, maintenance, or operations.
- Strong team management and personnel development skills.
- Experience in budget oversight, energy efficiency programs, and capital projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse partners.
