Job Title:

Lead IT Specialist

Duties:

• Support the operational HighPerformance Computing (HPC) system as Senior Production Analyst (SPA) Team Lead.
• Communicate assignments, projects, and problemsto be solved to the team, including actionable events, milestones, and deadlines.
• Implement and enforce complex policies and procedures for maintenance and modification projects to existing applications.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
• Must be suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation.
• May be subject to a one-year probationary period.

Qualifications:

• One year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service.
• Experience must include evaluating the impact of new or proposed applications on the operating environment and recommending changes.
• Experience must also include documenting or controlling the functional and physical characteristics of a system, network, or product.
• Additionally, experience must include analyzing and defining database management, storage, and retrieval requirements and specifications.

Education:
