- Exercise managerial authority and oversight over staff and contractors.
- Supervise subordinate staff to provide technical and administrative leadership using professional knowledge.
- Research, plan, and implement the use of personnel, fiscal and contractual resources while minimizing risk.
Requirements:
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service.
- Experience in supervision of subordinate staff, cross-organizational planning, and quality control systems.
- Ability to develop and implement quality control systems and processes.
