Duties As a Supervisory Management And Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties : Define, implement, and reviews operational policies and procedures for the organization. Develop procedures, systems, and teams for accomplishing special projects designed to assess the effectiveness of programs / management processes. Develop and manage matter intake and internal document database and system using SharePoint that streamlines the workflow and enhances efficiency.Recommends and implements policy guidance on all organizational development. Maintain a comprehensive record of legal invoices and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Direct the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the budget, working with management and the Office of Budget.Provide technical and administrative supervision to staff. Plan, assign, and review subordinates' work. Assist employees in improvement of performance and keeps them informed of policies, procedures, and other management programs and goals and promotes teamwork.Provide guidance and oversight for human resources management, acquisition management, and management of all Immediate Office administrative functions to include awards, training, workforce development, facilities, real and personal property, records management, and other support activities.Develop and direct technical training requirements, and programs for on-the-job training of personnel. Specialized experience is defined as : Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, establishing priorities and preparing schedules for completion.Initiating personnel actions, interviews candidates for positions and makes recommendations and / or selections for appointments, promotions or reassignments.Developing new processes, procedures, and approaches; ANDIdentifying complications and resolving problems.Education There is no positive education requirement for this position.
