Role Description
This is a part-time temporary role for an Administrative Assistant located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to office staff, physical and electronic document management and organization, as well as executing other clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative/clerical experience in an office setting
- Great communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience with M365/Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever necessary
