One year of specialized experience which includes: monitor management processes to execute co-curricular learning opportunities for students; assess the effectiveness of a Student Activity operation for organizational improvements; prepare reports and data to identify problems in Student Activities. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

- Montor student activity and Interscholastic Athletic Program budget.
- Review after action reports for evidence of continual activity improvements.
- Analyze the effectiveness of curricular learning opportunities for student activities.
- Evaluate the development of the interscholastic Athletic Program Planning for students.
- Develop and implement plans to communicate new and existing transformational development projects, influencing manager on recommendation and organization improvements.
- Conduct a variety of studies, analyses, and reports to identify needs and develop for general and specific program activity requirements.
- Develop Interscholastic Athletic Program management reports to identify strengths and opportunities for student development criteria for selection and participation.
Conditions of Employment

- One year probationary period may be required.
