Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control operations of the Defense Microelectronics Activity through policy determinations, establishment of organization objectives, and operational decisions.
- Prepare, review, and approve reports or policies of the organization for internal and external distribution.
- Oversee technical management and provide counsel on matters affecting planning of long-term (3-5 years) broad-spectrum technical programs.
- Direct day-to-day activities of the directorate to ensure external taskings are completed successfully and implement strategic plans within and across organizational components according to the broad guidance of the Director and external mission partners.
