Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.As a Program Manager at the NH-0340-4 some of your typical work assignments may include : Lead the program office to deliver required capability and meet requirements within cost, schedule,risk, performance baselines and activities to define the technical requirements, the acquisitiondocuments IAW MDA processes and oversee the funding execution and propose budgets to fund futureyears IAW MDA POM process.Apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop andassess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule and performance.Work with leadership to establish improved operating concepts and criteria and stimulate thedevelopment and integration of improved policies, methodologies, and techniques across the MDS.Prepare, review, and document acquisition documents for internal and external communications toinclude Agency leadership, other government Agencies, and prime contractors. Document programbaseline detail and report executability on the progress of the program.
