  • Advises the DPAA staff, including Southeast Asia & Europe Detachments, Hawaii and Offutt Laboratories on the provisions of National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), other Federal laws and statutes, DOD Records Management Program, Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Administrative Instruction, Office of the Security of Defense (OSD) Records and Information Management and other applicable directives and instructions.
  • Manages DPAA's Records and Information Management program.
  • Establishes and conducts formal and / or informal training for DPAA personnel on maintenance of records, file plans, electronic records management, and any other area of records management deemed necessary.
  • Manages the operation of the records staging area and centralized destruction facility.
