Maintains confidential student records and filing. Interprets legal documents and communicates with all concerned. Processes confidential requests with outside agencies. Responsible for ordering materials and office supplies, billing, and budgeting for the PPS department. Assists the Director of PPS in reviewing of confidential student files and other duties as requested. Assists PPS Director with contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
1) At least one of year of experience in California state service at a level of responsibility equivalent to that of an Office Assistant, Range B OR
