DutiesAs a Management and Program Analyst, you will : Serve as the Program Management Analyst and reports directly to the Science Laboratories Infrastructure (SLI) Director for strategic and tactical priorities including supporting and coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of processes in analyzing and evaluating its program and activities.Provide technical, analytical, and financial support and advice to the SLI Director on assigned tasks and projects using the appropriate method or procedure of analysis and evaluation to accomplish the mission and ensure optimum management strategy.Serve as lead analyst developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate risk to enabling infrastructure planning and execution.Formulate and identify the operational and analytical techniques for accomplishment of project objectives to produce reliable findings.Serve as a communications support specialist for program priorities and internal budgets to coordinate approval and tracking of activities in the program and project status.Coordinate SLI responses to budget actions and requests, ensures consistency with the Office of Science (SC) budget, and communicates SLI program decisions with other DOE and SC program offices.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentYou must be a United States Citizen.This employer participates in the e-Verify program.If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, you must certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so under the Selective Service Law.
