The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a seasoned Clinical Lead Physician to oversee its Diabetes Program. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a caseload of complex cases, working closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Assign work to employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- A current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- At least 5 years of graduate training in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, or equivalent experience and training within the specialty area.
- Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
