**Requirements:**
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
- Current, active license to practice medicine in a state or territory of the United States
- At least 3 years of experience in primary care or a related specialty
- Board certification in Primary Care or a related specialty
