">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct medical staff authorized outpatient pharmacy clinics for examination, follow-up, and treatment of specialized patients ">
- Evaluate medication regimens for appropriateness, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, non-compliance, and adverse drug events ">
- Counsel patients on the use, storage, cautions, and side effects of all medications dispensed ">
- Provide formal and informal education and in-services to medical staff, pharmacy, and nursing staff ">
- Maintain all medication records required by law ">
Qualifications:

- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution ">
- Licensure to practice pharmacy in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States ">
- 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree, Ph.D., Pharm.D. or equivalent doctoral degree ">
- Experience in dispensing medications, evaluating medication use patterns, and providing administrative support for a medical facility's pharmacy program ">
