Job Summary

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from a recognized institution
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- At least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting, such as an internship or residency program
- Board certification in the specialty or completion of an accredited residency program within the past three years
- Three or more years of experience since completion of an accredited residency program, or actively pursuing Board certification in the specialty
Education
A bachelor's degree is not required for this position; however, it may be preferred by some agencies. If you are using foreign education to meet qualification requirements, you must send a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency with your transcript in order to receive credit for that education.
