We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Supervisor to join our team at the Department Of Health And Human Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring that all medications are dispensed safely and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in pharmacy, including a doctoral degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. You will also need to have current licensure to practice pharmacy in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
Additionally, you will need to have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service, performing administrative operation oversight of outpatient pharmacy clinical services and carrying out pharmacy functions such as drug selection, drug interaction review, and monitoring for appropriateness of treatment.
