What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROGRAM TECHNICIAN III position at Department of Housing & Community Development?
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Program Technician III (PT III) incumbent works in the San Luis Obispo District Office (SLO DO) and independently performs the most complex and technical functions associated with the processing of registration and titling applications. Also provides technical assistance to other District Office team members and support to Staff Services Manager I. The incumbent represents the Department in direct contact with the public, owners, dealers, financial institutions and other representatives of the mobilehome industry. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
