About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Transactions Unit. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in processing personnel and transaction requests for CalHR and our customer agencies. Excellent customer service is at the core of this position, as you will be in regular communication with staff at all levels.

This position is eligible for the Recruitment and Retention Pay Differential (Pay Diff # 240).

Special Requirements

  • How do you maintain effectiveness in high-pressure and high-workload situations? What strategies do you employ to meet deadlines, and how do you manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
  • Please elaborate on your previous customer service experience and what you believe constitutes exceptional customer service.
