Summary of Duties
As a Business Integrity Coordinator (Operations Policy Analyst 2) you will:
Fiscal Administration:
Coordinate the work of others within the district to
accomplish research, reviews and reports for the District
and other sections within the department.
Business and Program Operations and Administration
Evaluate the quality of services provided, develop
recommendations and implementation plans.
Time Duties:
Procedures to agency staff, guide others in the correct
application of agency administrative rules and policy to
ensure compliance with the district.
Facilities and Telecommunication:
Liaison between District and DHS Facilities Coordinator, under guidance of the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Contract Administration:
Contract requestor and administrator for all Self Sufficiency
and Child Welfare contracts in District. Work with contracted partners alongside the COO to ensure efficacy and communication between agency and provider.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.

1. Uphold policies with Integrity: The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in upholding and implementing program policies with integrity.
2. Communication: The candidate should have experience managing communication between multiple groups or individuals. Advise on the alignment of communications, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations across various channels.
3. Technical Support: Experience providing expert technical support and advise in interpreting federal guidance, writing, revising, and filing rules for programs, ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory intent, and aligning rules within the program to ensure consistency and clarity.
4. Program and Policy Analysis: Experience proficiently analyzing statutes and federal requirements and recommending policy or rule changes.
5. Strategic Coordination: Experience coordinating across programs, systems, and geographical regions to support local operations.

Working Conditions
Works on a District-wide basis with a diverse group of DHS staff, local government officials, private
non-profits, clients and other partners and service providers. May have to deal with frustrated or
upset customers, employees or partners. May have to work with multiple partners with conflicting
requirements. Much of the work is performed under pressure of time or adverse circumstances. Non-traditional work hours may be required.
Travel, overnight stays and working after normal working hours is regularly required.
Significant time will be spent in North Bend, Oregon (southwest Oregon coast) at meetings.
Additional travel within and without the service district is a regular occurrence
Valid driver's license or acceptable alternate method of transportation is required
