As a Contract Invoicing and Service Entry Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate and manage service entry and invoicing tasks for caseworkers, resource developers, and providers.
- Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and policies for all documents and retained information.
- Validate monthly invoices to guarantee timely payments to service providers.
- Manage and organize all information related to providers, services, and contracts.
- Perform data entry for referrals, conduct service entry tasks, and remind workers and providers of upcoming timelines and relevant process details.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents. Or
- An associate degree in any field. Or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Attributes
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience completing tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Experience organizing and maintaining large volumes of data and tracking multiples processes.
- Experience effectively managing workloads to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience using critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve discrepancies or troubleshoot issues.
- Experience coordinating payment processes such as invoicing and record keeping.

Working Conditions
- This position serves Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. The position will be seated at the Marion County office.
- Employee’s work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm PT.
- Rare, compensated overtime may be required, including evening and weekend work.
- This position may be approved to work a hybrid schedule after completion of training and trial service. Hybrid working conditions include working in the office and remotely. These conditions will need to be discussed and approved by the manager.
- This position requires prolong periods of sitting or standing at a computer.
