We are seeking a Data Access Coordinator (Office Specialist 2) to join our Grants Pass Child Welfare team.
Summary of Duties

As a Data Access Coordinator, you will:
- Provide administrative support for the district volunteer program
- Create a work environment that values and respects the experiences of our clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
- Manage cell phone orders, repairs, issuance tracking, air card usage reports, and property tracking
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering for District 8 Admin Unit Support
- Maintain records and reports related to cell phone usage and office supplies
- Initiate and track Individual Access Requests for employees, volunteers, and contractors
- Collaborate with the IT Unit to resolve delays and make necessary adjustments
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
- An associate degree in any field; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Attributes
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience effectively organizing work and handling multiple tasks, even in the face of interruptions.
- Experience successfully working efficiently in an ever-changing environment where priorities may need to be adjusted and deadlines have to be met.
- Experience with Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as processing, entering, and verifying detailed data.
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience providing information and referral services in person and over the phone to both internal staff and external providers.
- Experience in collaborating and communicating effectively with a diverse mix of individuals, staff members, volunteers, managers, and executives.
- Experience writing clearly with minimal spelling or grammar issues.

Working Conditions
- Work Locations: Offices and community sites.
- Travel: Occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and other case related activities. This includes required occasional overnight travel.
- Hours: Regular work week with fluctuating hours; occasional overtime may be needed, including evenings and weekends.
- This role involves handling sensitive topics related to trauma, abuse, and crises, requiring a trauma-informed approach that is essential to ensure a safe environment.
- You may interact with individuals who have experienced trauma and may have difficulty managing their emotions.
- Be prepared for stressful situations that require quick decision-making to ensure safety for yourself and others.
