Working Conditions
This position is designated for telework under Government Code section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California and may require reporting to headquarters or field offices and facilities to fulfill operational needs. All telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time. Telework does not change the terms and conditions of employment, the essential functions of job duties, or required compliance with the Department of Justice policies.
This position is eligible for telework, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Please submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) with your application in which you MUST respond to the following questions:
1) Describe a situation where attention to detail was critical to your success. How did you ensure nothing was overlooked?
2) What quality assurance processes have you used in the past to ensure accuracy and consistency in your work?
Your SOQ must be typed, at least one (1) full page but less than two (2) pages in length, and formatted using 12-point Arial font, single spacing, and one-inch margins. Your SOQ must contain your name and the position’s Job Control (JC) Number in the header.

- Thorough in reviewing documents and completing forms for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Punctuality and good attendance are essential including maintaining a regular schedule and adhering to deadlines.
- Demonstrate good work habits, positive attitude and ability to adhere to all policies and expectations.
- Ability to multi task while demonstrating effective time management and strong organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
