Desirable Qualifications
Ability to act independently and take initiative to design, plan and complete projects as required by legislative mandates.- Ability to apply creative and critical thinking skills to problem solving.
- Ability to apply knowledge of research methods, techniques, application of computerized models to research data; statistical methods, and other methods used in the analysis and projections of data.
- Expert knowledge of programming including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting languages (R, Python, VBA, or SAS, etc) and query languages (SQL or CCL) to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Extensive experience in data analysis and data management that includes performing data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to maintain reliable datasets.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to develop and present clear and concise documents summarizing research findings and to make recommendations.
