The Department of State Hospitals-Atascadero is a secure public sector hospital providing inpatient forensic services for mentally ill adult males who are court committed throughout the State of California.
The permanent/full-time Staff Services Analyst - Contract Coordinator will be directed by the Unit Supervisor (Safety) in the Central Staffing Office (CSO) at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Contract Coordinator develops, analyzes, and maintains advanced tracking systems for onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining employment of nursing contract personnel.
- Develop and analyze training compliance reports for contract personnel.
- Audit and prepare clear and concise statistical reports on a monthly, quarterly and Ad Hoc basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Equivalent to completion of the 12th grade; and four years of experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
