- Records and data management
- Data entry into various databases
- Provide customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assists with various office duties and special projects
- Pick up and distribute mail
- Assists the Human Resources Department in other areas, as needed

Working Conditions
This position is limited-term (12 months); students may work up to 1500 hours in a calendar year. Work will be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday - Friday; specific schedule is negotiable.
This position does not require you to work behind security.

The Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero is a secure public sector hospital providing inpatient forensic services for mentally ill adult males who are court committed throughout the State of California.
