Job Duties
In this role you will…
- Work with the collections team to develop, update and maintain content used for the instructional design of training
- Deliver a comprehensive training plan to implement policies and laws
- Design and develop material for adult learning knowledge (instructor guides, demo's, activities, assessments, etc.) that will be used in developing new hire and ongoing training
- Assess training needs, develops training methods, writes procedure manuals and presents information using a variety of techniques, including discussions, role playing, team exercises and visual materials
- Review and analyze work processes executed by trainees to demonstrate retention of job knowledge and ensure desired performance results
This position will report to the agency’s Westmoreland location.
This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule once fully trained
The anticipated hiring salary is commensurate with experience up to $60,000

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate instructor led, classroom training sessions including remote trainings
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs assessments, identify instructional goals, design and develop courses and materials, plan and coordinate training logistics, conduct training and assess effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively when giving presentations and the ability to effectively teach diverse learners and learning styles
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Additional Considerations
- Experience working in a call center, collections and/or customer service environment
- Experience with accounting or financial analysis
- Training experience with local, state or federal government
