Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on environmental matters for the U.S. Army Reserve Environmental Team.
- Develop and implement policies related to environmental protection and sustainability.
- Represent the Department of the Army on environmental law issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on all legal activities.
Requirements
- Must be a member in good standing of the highest court of a State, U.S. territory, the District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
- Requires 3 years of professional legal experience after being admitted to the bar.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
