DutiesProvides Senior Staff Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) duties for internal acquisition requirements at Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (DCS, G2).Provides Government oversight and contract management to effect senior staff action officer projects, planning, direction, program management, evaluation, and coordination needed to execute intelligence programs.Oversight and management of the Analytic and Technical Resource Support (GATRS) contract and serving as the Army’s Military Intelligence Program (MIP) Federally Funded Research and Development (FFRDC) Coordinator.Serves as a subject matter expert for acquisition policy, regulations, procedures and oversight authority for internal Directorate and DCS, G-2 intelligence acquisition requirements.Performs on a daily basis the principle administrative duties for a multi-million-dollar contract in support of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (DCS, G-2).Requirements Conditions of EmploymentAppointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.Two year trial / probationary period may be required.In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).Must sign a statement attesting to the understanding of DCIPS provisions as Indicated in AR 690-13.TDY Travel will be 10% or less of the work schedule. Position requires travel within and outside the Metro commuting area. Additional information about transcripts is in this document.To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience in 1) Contract Oversight and Managment, 2) Acquisition Policies and Regulations, and 3) Contract Budgets. Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and / or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and / or production, intelligence collection and / or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate : Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and / or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and / or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas : Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
