DutiesResponsible for developing, implementing, and controlling Army Enterprise capability models and requirements for licensing and service delivery synchronizing analysis with financial investment and service delivery modeling.Develop program goals and objectives as well as strategies for meeting those objectives, makes assignments of a very broad and general nature covering long-range program plans, objectives and policies.Provide oversight, advice and recommendations and develops policies, procedures and goals for IT category management and IT investment analytics across ArmyResponsible for the vertical and horizontal integration of software and service contracts from installations to Headquarters, Department of the Army, OSD, and other government agencies.Provide guidance to installation, regional, and headquarters personnel on potential and approved Army Enterprise Capability and Service Delivery requirements initiatives.Lead and manage Team Leads and Action Officers at Headquarters Department of the Army, ASA-ALT, MACOMs, installations and DoD staff, in establishing and assessing program goals, mission, priorities, resources and requirements.Collaborate with Industry and academia as the designated ELA contract management organization.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentAppointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.This is a Drug Testing Designated Position.
