Description:
The primary duty of this position is to manage administrative activities and ensure the efficient execution of staff work. The incumbent will develop recommendations for improving program operations and objectives, serving as a focal point and expert on the initiatives, intentions, and activities of the Command Group.

Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination based on a completed background investigation
- Two-year trial/probationary period may be required
- Must pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a T5 (or equivalent) investigation
- Requires Temporary Duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time
Qualifications
To qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs and other organizations. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience to the next lower grade (GS/GG-13) which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized experience is defined as experience to develop staff recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives, including Joint and Counternarcotics operations.
