Key Responsibilities- Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and award contracts with commercial organizations, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations for the furnishing supplies and services.
- Prepare and issue requests for proposals/quotes, issues broad agency announcements, evaluates proposals, develops business case decisions for award, develops award documentation.
- Participate in the planning phase, source selection phase, documentation of the award decision phase, and through contract award, as well as advise customers and develop procurement milestones.
