Job Description
The Department of the Navy is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team. As a key member of our information systems security program, you will apply your knowledge and expertise to design and implement secure solutions that protect our critical infrastructure.
- Apply information system security principles and concepts to coordinate the implementation of security programs across numerous shore platforms.
- Oversee and apply financial management principles and practices sufficient to budget for and procure goods and services.
- Develop plans and schedules, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities, and evaluating and reporting on accomplishments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 or GS-12 through GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying information system security principles and concepts, enterprise IT/OT architecture, and security developments.
- Attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
