About the Role
We are seeking an experienced financial management specialist to join our team as a Senior Financial Management Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and control reviews on financial management systems;
- Serve as liaison for Accounting, Fiscal Analysis, including FIAR and Financial Systems;
- Prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
Qualifications
You must have a strong background in financial management, with experience in conducting financial risk assessments, serving as a liaison, and preparing briefs.
Your resume should demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
