Job Summary
The Department of the Navy is seeking an experienced Information Systems Specialist Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of information systems security programs across numerous shore platforms.
- Apply information system security principles and concepts to coordinate the implementation of security programs.
- Oversee and apply financial management principles and practices sufficient to budget for and procure goods and services.
- Develop plans and schedules, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities, and evaluating and reporting on accomplishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of information systems security programs.
- Apply information system security principles and concepts to coordinate the implementation of security programs.
- Oversee and apply financial management principles and practices.
Requirements:
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 or GS-12 through GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying information system security principles and concepts, enterprise IT/OT architecture, and security developments.
- Attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
