DutiesYou will exercise program responsibility for formulation, development, preparation, presentation, and administration of information systems objectives, policies, programs, plans, and projects.You will provide technical expertise and oversight for system testing, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance of software, server farms, resolving complex customer problems, and analyzing effects of Enterprise initiatives and cyber actions.You will perform project management activities through all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing).You will develop various project artifacts such as the project charter, scope, management plan, work breakdown structure, communication plan, risk mitigation, activity and milestone schedule and various other deliverables.You will analyze proposed projects for proper justification and adequate supporting of requirements.You will evaluate new applications development and management technologies and their effect on the operating environment.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
