About This Role
We are seeking an Acquisition Professional to join our team at the Department of the Navy. As a key member of our acquisition staff, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive product support strategies that meet the needs of the Navy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product support strategies that ensure optimal and integrated guidelines for logistics acquisition and sustainment.
- Represent PSM/I at designated program reviews and audits, evaluating the status/effectiveness of highly complex, highly diverse support solutions.
- Apply analytics to identify command-wide efficiencies/best-practices across all product support elements.
Requirements
- Mastery of advanced concepts, principles, and practices of all aspects of the broad field of logistics management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the acquisition life-cycle phases related to DoD/Navy systems and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
