Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in submission processing programs, including knowledge of standardized requirements and corporately managed workloads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that drive business results, while also promoting a culture of innovation and creativity.
