\You will lead the development of policies, procedures, and directives related to functional responsibilities, ensuring effective integration with other administrative activities. Additionally, you will analyze the impact of proposed regulatory and legal issuances and review operations to guarantee compliance with policy, regulatory, and legal guidelines.
\Main Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency; \
- Managing administrative projects and supervising a team of administrative staff members; \
- Ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory, and legal guidelines through regular reviews and assessments; \
- Providing guidance and support to senior management on administrative matters; \
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to administrative activities; \
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions; \
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills. \
- Hold a Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access; \
- Meet the requirements of a Tier 5 level background investigation; \
- Have one year of specialized experience at a GS-14 grade level or equivalent, including leading administrative management functions, managing administrative projects, and reviewing policies; \
