The PMO provides program and acquisition management for the FAA infrastructure programs that transform, modernize and sustain the National Airspace System (NAS). The focus of the PMO is engineering, acquisition, and second-level engineering software maintenance for the FAA's automation systems. The goal is for the student trainee to become familiar with programs, projects, and functions of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications :
- To qualify, the applicant must have completed one (1) full academic year of post-high school study.
- You must be accepted for enrollment or enrolled and seeking a degree in a qualifying educational institution on a full or half-time basis as defined by the institution.
To qualify for this position, you must be enrolled in an accredited college or university in a program leading to a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science; OR pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher which includes 30 semester hours in a combination of computer science, mathematics, and statistics. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus.
